Quick Chili-Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Add spices, corn, green peppers, tomato sauce and water.
    Cover and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until rice is done. Sprinkle with cheese.
