Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Mix well.
Gradually add flour.
Mixture will be very thick.
Flour wax paper and roll out dough to desired thickness.
Cut out.
Place on greased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for approximately 8 minutes or until desired brownness.
