Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz. size)
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Crush and drain berries; keep juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Bring juice mixture to a boil. Add gelatin. Dissolve and cool.
Add strawberries and sugar.
Whip the cream and blend into mixture. Chill until set.
