Thick Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and mix well.
Add cold milk slowly, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Add salt and pepper and boil about 3 minutes.
