Spicy Italian Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 onion, diced
    2 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
    2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Season roast with garlic salt (I prefer powder).
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add mushrooms and onions.
    Combine seasoning mix and tomato sauce.
    Pour over all.
    Cover and cook on low 10 - 12 hours (high:
    4 - 6 hours).
