Cauliflower With Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium heads cauliflower, washed and drained
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, crusts removed
1 1/4 c. butter or margarine
dash of black pepper
Preparation

Prepare cauliflower, then steam until tender, about 20 minutes. Saute remaining ingredients in butter or margarine until almonds are golden and crumbs crisp.
Pour over cauliflower when ready to use.
Yields 6 servings.
