Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 servings instant mashed potatoes
    1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes using package directions, omitting the butter.
    Add cream cheese and beat well.
    Stir in beaten egg, green onion and snipped parsley.
    Blend well. Transfer to a well greased 1 quart baking dish.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
