Carrot Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. grated raw carrots
2 lemons, grated rind
4 lemons, juice
4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Simmer until thick.
Place in containers and freeze.
Serve with hot or cold meat.
