Papier-Mache Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    oil of peppermint
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, stir flour into cold water.
    Ask a grownup to cook over low heat until the mixture thickens to a creamy paste. Cool, then add a few drops of peppermint oil.
