Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salmon liquor
    milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Drain salmon and save liquor.
    Remove bones and skin and flake salmon.
    Melt Crisco in frying pan.
    Add onion and cook until yellow.
    Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper; brown lightly.
    Put liquor in 1 cup and pour milk to make 1 cup.
