Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. thinly sliced citron
    1/2 c. thinly sliced lemon peel
    1 c. candied pineapple (pieces)
    1 1/2 c. whole cherries (candied)
    3 c. seedless raisins
    2 c. whole pecans
Preparation
    Add fruit to mixture
    and
    bake
    in a well-greased tube pan with
    bottom
    lined
    with wax paper and well-greased for 3 hours.
