Corn Bread(Low Cholesterol And Low Saturated Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. polyunsaturated margarine
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 container Egg Beaters
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
    Mix in margarine. Blend Egg Beaters and milk, stir into cornmeal mixture.
    Beat for 1 minute.
    Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
