Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 c. carrot baby food
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box 4x confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix salad oil and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt).
Add carrot baby food and mix well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
