Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken chunks (1 large chicken, cooked in salted water)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. slivered almonds or diced ripe olives or sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. chopped celery (4 large stalks)
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    3/4 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. minced onion or more (if desired)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 very small jar pimiento, cut fine
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Put potato chips (crushed) on top before heating. Heat for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
