Spinach Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach following package directions.
    Drain. Combine eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Add cheeses and spinach. Turn into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. This is really good!
