Party Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. catsup
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

Preparation

Combine ingredients. Use as a filling between lightly buttered slices of sandwich bread. Trim crust, if desired. Cut each sandwich. Makes 8 sandwiches (32 little triangles).
