Green Bean Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bag frozen beans or fresh green beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    enough water to make a thin paste like mixture from the cornstarch
    2 strips bacon or 2 smoky links
    1 beef or chicken bouillon
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook beans in water with bouillon cube until tender.
    Drain and save broth; set the beans aside.
    Saute onion with bacon or smoky links until onion is tender.
    Add broth to onion mixture and bring to a boil.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Add beans and mix until beans are all covered with broth.
    Serve hot.
