Zesty Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender. Place in a 1-quart baking dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour over carrots. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
