Trout Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. butter or margarine
6 large trout fillets
salt and pepper to taste
milk
all-purpose flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
lemon wedges
Preparation
-
Saute almonds in butter or margarine in a heavy skillet until golden brown.
Do not burn.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
