Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs
1 stick melted margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, milk and one stick margarine and put into a large casserole dish.
Mix flour, brown sugar, margarine, pecans and vanilla.
Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
