Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs (not separated)
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    rind of 1 orange
    1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, cream together 1 1/2 cups sugar and butter.
    Mix in eggs, flour, salt and baking soda.
    Mix in orange rind and sour cream.
    Mix orange juice and 1/2 cup sugar in separate bowl; set aside.
    Grease form pan with butter.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
