Teriyaki Pork Ribs With Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rack of ribs
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
2 large cans sauerkraut
1 c. orange marmalade
Preparation

Place rack of ribs in a glass container.
Mix teriyaki sauce, orange marmalade, minced garlic and ginger.
Pour over ribs. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Spread kraut in shallow baking pan.
Place ribs on kraut.
Pour sauce over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, turning one time.
