Barbecue Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: rosemary and oregano
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1/4 c. catsup
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Form into balls the size of a walnut and brown in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Remove to baking dish and add sauce.
