Beef Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 or 4 medium potatoes
    3 onions (medium)
    3 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Press meat into casserole dish (13 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 1-inch). Slice all vegetables.
    Place a layer of potatoes on meat, next a layer of sliced carrots, then a layer of celery (I chop the celery); end with onions.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour soup over this and cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
