Meat And Veggie Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 grated carrots
    1 large potato, grated
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 garlic clove, chopped very fine
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 small eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper (can add other seasonings)
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except soup); shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown a little in butter.
    Place in a baking dish; then add your tomato soup over top.
    Bake about 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
