Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put layer of pecan pieces in pan, then layer of coconut.
Make cake mix as directed on package and pour over nut and coconut layers.
Mix cream cheese and butter, then add sugar.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread on top of cake mix.
Bake for 1 hour or until done. Let cool completely.
Serve from pan.
