Watercress And Egg Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 boiled eggs
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. chopped watercress
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mash eggs until smooth.
Add mayonnaise and mustard (I use fork.)
Mix in watercress.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
