Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 small eggs, beaten with eggbeater
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients twice.
    Add shortening.
    With fork or knife, cut through until it looks as fine as meal.
    Add beaten eggs and milk at once; mix with large spoon until well blended. Turn out on floured board; knead gently for a few minutes, until smooth.
    Cut dough into 2 parts.
    Chill dough while preparing filling.
