Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

enough instant Hungry Jack potatoes to make 8 servings
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 c. finely chopped onion, drained
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix potatoes according to directions.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Pour in greased casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
