Audrey Richter'S Chili Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/4 lb. butter, melted (don't cheat with margarine)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, flour and baking powder together with a fork.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut into squares.
    Serves 6 to 8.
