Sue'S Tabbouleh Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tabbouleh wheat
    4 diced tomatoes
    1 diced green pepper
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 tsp.salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put wheat in large bowl and cover with hot water (just enough to cover).
    Let stand while you dice other ingredients.
    Add all ingredients; stir to mix.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
