Crunchy Oven Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
Preparation

Combine potato chips, garlic powder, pepper and seasoned salt. Dip chicken into melted butter and roll in potato chip mixture. Place chicken, so it does not touch, in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
It's best to turn chicken over after 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
