Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. peeled shrimp (medium)
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    3 cans chopped tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    You may add any other kind of seafood or substitute chicken for shrimp.
