Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions or 1 Tbsp. flakes
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    2/3 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked crab, shrimp, tuna or halibut
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. white wine
    1 1/4 c. mayo
    1 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Set aside egg slices.
    Mix all other ingredients well.
    Stir in egg slices.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
