Sausage Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 large bag egg noodles (8 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    water (enough to moisten)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onions are translucent.
    Drain fat off and return to skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Especially good over mashed potatoes.
