Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 large sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
8 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
2 sticks margarine
6 pie shells

Preparation

Mix well in a large bowl with hand mixer.
Pour in pie shells. Bake in 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
