Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer
    1 can cream of chicken soup, plus 1/2 c. water or broth
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can Veg-All or English peas (optional)
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix soup with 1/2 can broth or water and pour over chicken. Add Veg-All (drained) or peas.
    Make batter of flour, melted margarine and buttermilk.
    Pour evenly over mixture.
    Pour 2 cups broth over all. Do not stir.
    Bake until brown, about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
