Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening and flour together.
    Mix in egg.
    Add cold water, salt and vinegar.
    Knead into a ball.
    On floured surface roll into pie shells.
