Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese until melted.
Mix macaroni and sauce together and pour in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted well on top.
Serves 8 to 10.
