Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. skim milk
    1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sweetener and mix well.
    Add rice, nutmeg, vanilla and salt and stir.
    Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Stir several times during first 1 1/2 hours of baking.
    Cool before serving. Makes 5 servings, 75 calories per serving.
