Veal Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal
    2 1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook veal.
    Make barbecue sauce while meat cools.
    In a skillet, brown onion and celery with salad oil.
    Cook until tender.
    Add 1/2 cup catsup, 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon each of brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and mustard.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add meat.
