Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar (1/2 to 3/4)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. nuts
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add nuts and mix lightly.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and toss with nuts.
Mix thoroughly and spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour; turn occasionally.
Cool.
Keep in airtight container.
