Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 fresh ripe tomatoes, peeled and coarsely cut
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. cayenne
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/2 tsp. pickling salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender on low speed for 10 seconds, then pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat immediately.
    Cool, pour into a bottle, seal and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 quart.
