Lemon Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sm can evaporated milk
    1/2 c sugar
    1 sm. pkg lemon Jello
    1/2 c lemon juice
    1 3/4 c boiling water
Preparation
    Boil evaporated milk for 5 minutes. Let cool, the refrigerate overnight.
    Mix sugar, Jello, and
    juice with boiling water.
    Chill until it is setting but not stiff.
    Whip milk until stiff. Beat Jello mixture until light.
    Add whipped milk to Jello mixture and beat until mixed.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes large bowl of dessert.
