Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Ritz crackers
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix soup and sour cream together.
    Mix onions in.
    Stir in the frozen potatoes.
    Cut the cheese in little squares and place on top of the soup mixture.
    Cover this mixture with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
