Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken flavored rice mix (cook but omit butter)
    4 green onions chopped
    2 (6 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    12 to 14 stuffed green olives, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    Mix marinade from artichoke hearts and sour cream and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Add to other ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 8 to 10.
