Dottie'S Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 large can peaches
Preparation
    Melt butter in\tbottom of baking dish.\tMix 1 cup sugar with undrained peaches or leave as is if peaches are in syrup; set aside.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over melted butter. Pour peaches and juice
    on
    top.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes its own crust.
