Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo (softened)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    coconut milk plus (regular) milk to equal 1 c.
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Reduce speed and add coconut milk.
    Add vanilla and continue mixing.
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add to above mixture.
    Beat just enough to combine.
    Add egg whites and beat just until smooth (don't overbeat).
    Bake in 3 pans at 350\u00b0.
