Asparagus And Mushroom Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh asparagus
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. scallions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet in small amount of boiling water, cook asparagus for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Arrange asparagus and mushrooms in shallow dish.
    In small jar, place remaining ingredients.
    Cover and shake well.
    Pour over asparagus.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
