Perfect Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Warm milk slightly and add all other ingredients.
    Beat together in electric mixer or blender until well mixed.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell which has been thoroughly chilled (Pyrex is best).
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
